RallyLoop is a pickleball scoring app for iPhone and Apple Watch. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and what stays on your device.

What we collect

Data stored on your device only

RallyLoop saves your match history (scores, format, duration, and optional player names) directly on your iPhone using Apple's on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to any server.

Anonymous usage analytics

RallyLoop uses PostHog to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how the app is used so we can improve it. The data collected includes:

• App open and close events
• Which scoring format you selected (side-out or rally)
• Whether undo was used during a match
• Match start, completion, and abandonment events
• Device model (e.g. "iPhone") and iOS version

What is never collected:

• Player names — these stay on your device only
• Your identity or Apple ID
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, or microphone access
• Any information that could identify you personally
