Frequently asked questions

Does RallyLoop need an internet connection?

No. RallyLoop is fully offline-first. All scoring, undo, court diagrams, and match history work in airplane mode.

Does RallyLoop require an account?

No. There is no sign-in. All match data is stored locally on your device.

Why doesn't my Apple Watch show the score?

The Watch app requires that the RallyLoop iPhone app is running and the Watch is paired and reachable. Open the iPhone app first, then open RallyLoop on your Watch.
